I’m sure you’ve heard the now-famous phrase, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!” After a short trip to Las Vegas for a convention last month, I have to say I think it’s unfortunate if that’s what happens. Germany – A Country Everyone Will Love!

With a name like Nienhueser, you would know that someday I had to go visit my “homeland.” I just returned from hosting a 10-day trip to Germany. The tour was themed around my Lutheran Heritage and traced the footsteps of Martin Luther. The main reason for the tour was to attend the Passion Play (Passionspiele) in Oberammergau, Germany. Germany is a fabulous country full of friendly people, beautiful sights and delicious food and German beer.

My mouth literally dropped open! I am shocked that any reporter who really dug into the facts could tell you that you don’t need travel insurance. Sure there are times that travel insurance may not be the wisest choice, but if you are buying a package, cruise, or tour and are spending a good amount of money – buy travel insurance!
