Disney parks are one of the most visited destinations for families as they have a wide variety of rides, attractions, and dining options. Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort and California’s Disneyland Resort are two very popular places as they are the only two Disney parks in the United States. However, these two parks are not the only parks in the world for Disney lovers to enjoy. Our travel experts at AurTravel can assist with booking a trip to any Disney park and resort, worldwide.

Disney Paris has two parks: Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. This location is unique because some of the rides are in English, while others are in French, and some are in both languages! There are many great lodging options for families to choose from that are close in proximity to the parks, as well as transportation options. Many of the rides and attractions are the same throughout the parks worldwide, but with small differences to make them unique as well as honoring the culture of the destination.

Tokyo Disney boasts two parks: Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, which celebrates all things ocean-related. Disneyland in Japan is quite similar to the one in California, as the iconic rides and different lands are present. However, there are some differences such as “It’s A Small World” being sung in Japanese and the Haunted Mansion ride being located in Fantasyland. DisneySea has many rides for families to enjoy including a Venetian gondola ride or the Journey to the Center of the Earth ride that takes riders into a volcano.

Shanghai, China houses the newest Disney resort. It opened in 2016 and is the first Disney resort in mainland China. This park is a little smaller than the others. Instead of Main Street, there is Mickey Avenue which is much smaller. However, there are many rides and attractions at this park. With the amount of rides, the lines are long so be sure to bring your patience and flexibility – and don’t forget to grab some Fastpasses at the start of your day.

Hong Kong Disneyland offers a special look at Chinese culture, including a wide variety of Chinese and Asian cuisine. In Main Street, USA there are elements of Chinese culture as well as American pieces such as antique taxis and railroad depots. There are many of the same attractions at the Hong Kong Park as there are in other parks, including the Jungle River Cruise, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mad Hatter Tea Cups, and the thrilling coaster Space Mountain. There are also many diners located throughout the park which are sure to please each member of your family.
