First Time Passport Application

If you are planning a trip out of the country, one of the most important steps is to obtain your passport. It is mandatory for any person who travels internationally. The process can seem intimidating for those who have not done it before. However, by gathering all of your information beforehand and making sure you have the proper documentation, you can ensure a much smoother process.

All-Inclusive Vacations: Questions to Ask

An all-inclusive vacation can be a great way to travel. With this, presumably we pay one fee that covers all of the costs associated with the trip. However, “all-inclusive” can be misleading. Your travel agent will be able to tell you what is specifically included with the cost, as well as expected pricing for items that are not. You do not want to be surprised at the end of your vacation with some unexpected expenses!

Traveling With Friends

Traveling with friends…it can be an amazing adventure or your worst nightmare. Just because a person may be your best friend, it does not mean they will be your best traveling companion. Each person has a different vision of their ideal vacation. The trick is to combine both ideas into one fantastic trip.

Airline Security Tips

Millions of people will be traveling for the holidays, which mean the airports will be busier than ever. Due to the new Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations on full body scanning and pat downs, the security lines may take even longer to get through. While this is frustrating, there are some things you as a traveler can do to make your pass through the security checkpoint a little more efficient.

On this night they invited many of their partners in the Omaha area to a get-together.

Should I Buy Travel Insurance?

Many people wonder if they should buy travel insurance or if it is a rip off? In fact, I recently read an article about the top 10 travel purchases you don’t need and one was travel insurance. My mouth literally dropped open! I am shocked that any reporter who really dug into the facts could tell you that you don’t need travel insurance. Sure there are times that travel insurance may not be the wisest choice, but if you are buying a package, cruise, or tour and are spending a good amount of money – buy travel insurance!

My Travel Bucket List

Even travel agents have a list of places they have always dreamed of going. My “bucket list” is very long and varied, and I promise you, someday I will see the world.

Travel is a passion, I love my job, I love helping people plan a dream vacation, the only problem is that I want to see the entire world! When I’m talking to a customer about their vacation I drool over the brochures with them and dream about taking my next vacation there as well.

My list runs from the somewhat affordable to the luxury trip of a lifetime. I thought that this blog would be a great place to share some of those dreams and maybe inspire your vacation plans!
