Visiting Washington, D.C. is a perfect trip for people of all ages! There is something for every person in your group to enjoy. You can take a bus tour around the city, walk from place to place, ride a Segway, or even see the sites via boat. If you’re not a huge history buff there are still plenty of options for you to have a blast. There are multiple upscale spas to choose from in D.C. You can pamper yourself after a long day of walking around. Enjoy the waterfront on boat tours, a yacht charter, or by kayak. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy golfing, attending a sporting event at either the Capital One Arena or RFK Memorial Stadium, going horseback riding, walking through gardens, running public trails, and even more. Don’t forget to leave extra space in your suitcase; there are tons of shopping malls for you to visit. There is a 10 acre shopping center named CityCenterDC and it is home to many high-end luxury fashion brands. Also, there are multiple outlet malls and regular malls within the surrounding area.

Surprising to some, but Washington, D.C. is actually a popular theatre town. Not only can you watch popular local performances, but you can also see world-class ballet troupes, see traveling Broadway shows, watch a world renowned Shakespeare Theatre Company performance, and visit the Ford’s Theatre, where Lincoln was assassinated.
